Synopsis
Film dokumenter Dokumentasi Makanan Tradisi dalam Upacara Adat Begawi mengangkat makanan tradisional masyarakat Lampung Utara. Upacara Begawi berlangsung selama tujuh hari, di mana hidangan utama berupa olahan kerbau, ayam, ikan baung, ketan, dan kelapa disajikan. Hidangan ini dikenal sebagai pangan kibau dan dihidangkan dengan tanjaran, termasuk dua menu khas: mei mepadun dan dodol balak. Film ini menggali bagaimana makanan tradisional mencerminkan nilai budaya masyarakat Lampung.
The documentary Traditional Food Documentation in the Begawi Traditional Ceremony explores the traditional cuisine of the people of North Lampung. The Begawi ceremony, which lasts seven days, features main dishes made from buffalo, chicken, baung fish, sticky rice, and coconut. These dishes, known as pangan kibau, are served on tanjaran and include two special menus: mei mepadun and dodol balak. The film delves into how traditional foods reflect the cultural values of the Lampung community.
