Laku Tobe is a traditional Dawan tribe food made from cassava, coconut, and brown sugar. It's then processed using traditional tools such as lesung, aluk, and kola until it becomes a dough. Then, the dough is steamed until cooked, producing a distinctive flavor that becomes the pride of local culture.
