Tradisi pembuatan gerabah di Bayat, Klaten, tetap bertahan meski bahan baku tanah liat semakin langka. Generasi muda berinovasi untuk melestarikan tradisi ini, sambil menjadikan desa sebagai destinasi wisata edukasi melalui POKDARWIS. Masyarakat, wisatawan, termasuk siswa sekolah, dapat mempelajari proses pembuatan gerabah langsung dari perajin setempat.
The pottery-making tradition in Bayat, Klaten, continues to thrive despite the scarcity of clay raw materials. Younger generations have innovated to preserve this tradition while also making the village an educational tourism destination through POKDARWIS. Because of that, the community, tourists, and school students can have the opportunity to learn the pottery-making process directly from local artisans.
