Synopsis
Haji Rofiq Ali Pribadi, generasi ketiga R.M Rawon Nguling, mengisahkan evolusi rawon legendaris yang kini berstatus Warisan Budaya Tak Benda (2018). Rasa autentik yang tak berubah membuktikan kuliner tradisional mampu bersaing dengan makanan cepat saji. Dokumenter membuka ruang nostalgia dan menegaskan peran kolektif pendiri hingga pewaris.
Haji Rofiq Ali Pribadi, third-generation owner of R.M Rawon Nguling, recounts the evolution of this legendary beef-black-soup, listed as Indonesia’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2018. Its unchanged flavor proves traditional cuisine can compete with fast food. The film evokes nostalgia while celebrating collective efforts that keep the dish alive.
