Desa Adat Abiansemal, Badung, terkenal sebagai sentra tuak jaka—nira aren terfermentasi yang menyatu dengan budaya harian dan ritual keagamaan warga. Puluhan lapak menjual minuman ini, tetapi proses persiapan, panen, dan distribusinya masih jarang terdokumentasi. Bagi para petani, tuak bukan sekadar pelengkap upacara, melainkan sumber nafkah utama. Dokumenter ini menyingkap seluruh rantai produksi, dari pemanjatan pohon hingga gelas yang tersaji.
Abiansemal Customary Village in Badung Regency is famed for tuak jaka—a traditionally fermented palm-sap liquor woven into daily life and religious rites. Dozens of stalls sell the drink, yet its preparation, tapping, and distribution remain largely undocumented. For farmers, tuak is more than a ritual offering; it is their main livelihood. This documentary reveals the entire production chain, from climbing the palm to the poured glass.
