About the Conference Proceedings Series

The International Forum on Spice Route (IFSR) is an annual cross-border and cross-cultural dialogue established in 2019 by the Negeri Rempah Foundation to revisit, research, and relive the Spice Routes as a shared common heritage. Since 2022, the forum has been organized in collaboration with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), aiming to reposition Indonesia and Southeast Asia in global discourse by providing a unique perspective on maritime routes across economic, trade, and cultural dimensions. It serves as a multidisciplinary platform bringing together diverse stakeholders.

IFSR 2026 Accepted Abstracts: Registration and Submission Guidelines

The IFSR 2026 Organizing Committee thanks all authors for submitting their abstracts and appreciates their contribution to this year’s Call for Papers. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are requested to complete registration and payment and prepare their full papers and presentation files by the stated deadlines. Relevant forms, guidelines, and templates are provided for further preparation. Selected full papers may be included in the Proceedings of IFSR 2026, with possible facilitation toward partner SINTA-accredited journals.
