Synopsis

Perubahan iklim, kecemasan lingkungan (eco-anxiety) dan ketegangan geopolitik, meningkatkan kekhawatiran terhadap masa depan yang aman, nyaman, dan damai. Ketidakpastian akan masa depan ini memengaruhi kesejahteraan mental individu dan masyarakat. Lalu bagaimana jika kekhawatiran itu menjadi kenyataan?

Melalui buku “Masa Depan Dalam Ancaman: Mengatasi Climate Change, Eco-Anxiety, dan Konflik dalam Abad ke-21” Pembaca akan diajak memahami keterkaitan erat antara perubahan iklim, kesehatan mental, dan ketidakstabilan sosial yang semakin nyata di abad ke-21.

Namun, bukan hanya menyajikan potret suram dunia yang sedang berubah. Buku ini juga menyoroti bagaimana kecemasan lingkungan dapat diubah menjadi kekuatan positif yang mendorong tindakan kolektif. Melalui edukasi,pemberdayaan komunitas, dan rekomendasi kebijakan berbasis bukti, buku ini dapat menginspirasi pembaca untuk menjadi bagian dari solusi.

Ditulis dengan pendekatan ilmiah dan humanistik, buku ini menawarkan panduan praktis untuk mengatasi eco-anxiety, membangun ketahanan psikologis, dan mendorong tindakan nyata demi masa depan yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Author Biographies

Amalia Zuhra, Universitas Trisakti

Dosen tetap pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti sejak 2002. Merupakan koordinator mata kuliah Hukum Internasional. Mengajar mata kuliah Hukum Internasional, Hukum Lingkungan, Hukum Lingkungan Internasional, dan Hukum Hak Asasi Manusia.

Amalia Zuhra menempuh pendidikan Sarjana Hukum di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti. Gelar Master Hukum diperoleh dari Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Pada tahun 2015, Dr. Zuhra menyelesaikan pendidikan Doktor Ilmu Hukum di Universiti Malaya, Malaysia dengan tesis yang berjudul “Legal Analysis on Food Security and International Environmental Law: a Case Study of Indonesia”.

Dr. Zuhra aktif menjadi narasumber seminar dan konferensi terkait hukum lingkungan internasional di dalam dan luar negeri. Beliau telah menghasilkan artikel dan buku dengan topik-topik hukum internasional yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal nasional dan internasional. Beliau juga menjadi anggota redaksi jurnal Teras Law Review (SINTA 4). Selain itu beliau merupakan faculty advisor untuk team moot court internasional Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti dalam Stetson Internasional Environment Moot
Court Competition. Sejak tahun 2021, Dr Zuhra mengemban amanah sebagai kepala pusat urusan internasional di Universitas Trisakti yang menangani program internasionalisasi serta kerja sama dalam dan luar negeri.

Dosen tetap pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti. Sejak 1992 mengajar beberapa mata kuliah dalam peminatan Hukum Internasional dengan konsentrasi pada mata kuliah Hukum Humanter Internasional.

Sejak tahun 2024, Dr. Arlina dipercaya kembali sebagai sekretaris Pusat Studi Hukum Humaniter dan HAM (terAs) pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Trisakti. Selain itu sejak tahun 2022, Beliau juga bertindak sebagai Pelaksana Harian Dewan Riset Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Hukum (DRPMF) Universitas Trisakti. Beliau juga berperan sebagai Editor-in- Chief terAs Law Review: Jurnal Hukum Humaniter dan HAM (Sinta 4), dan menjadi Reviewer pada beberapa jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

Dr. Arlina aktif melakukan diseminasi Hukum Humaniter Internasional di Indonesia, antara lain telah berpartisipasi dalam menghasilkan 6 buku; menyebarkan pemikiran tentang Hukum Humaniter Internasional yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal nasional terakreditasi, prosiding dan jurnal internasional bereputasi, serta menjadi pembicara dalam berbagai konferensi nasional maupun internasional. Beberapa karya ilmiahnya dihasilkan atas kerja sama dengan Komite Internasional Palang Merah (International Committee of the Red Cross-ICRC). Beliau juga berperan sebagai instruktur untuk Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI), serta berpartisipasi sebagai Coach maupun Judge dalam Phillip Jessup dan IHL Moot Court Competition National Round. Pada tahun 2022 Beliau menjadi anggota Bank of Experts di bidang Hukum Humaniter Internasional pada Direktorat Jendral Administrasi Kementerian Hukum Umum, Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia.

Guru Besar di bidang Rekayasa Lingkungan, di Teknik Lingkungan, Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta diraih pada tahun 2022. Sejak tahun 1995, mengajar beberapa mata kuliah di Jurusan Teknik Lingkungan, dan kini mengajar pula di Teknik Sipil.

Sejak 2019, Prof. Astri mendapat kepercayaan sebagai Direktur Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Trisakti. Selain itu, beliau juga Editor in Chief Indonesian Journal of Urban and Environmental Technology (SINTA-2, terindeks Scopus), anggota Editor beberapa Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi, menjadi reviewer di beberapa jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi.
