Synopsis

Upaya Penanggulangan Penyakit tidak boleh dilakukan berlebihan, karena akan berdampak pada Ekonomi, Politik dan Kehidupan Sosial. Contact Tracing merupakan salah satu upaya penanggulangan penyakit yang saintifik dan efektif untuk memutus rantai penularan dan mencegah penyebaran penyakit. Algoritma pengendalian penyakit menjadi dasar menentukan kriteria Contact Tracing, meliputi kriteria teknis dan manajerial. Model multihelix melibatkan Pemerintah, Akademisi, Pelaku Usaha, Komunitas Media dan seluruh Masyarakat menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Contact Tracing

Author Biography

Masdalina Pane, Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional

Masdalina Pane, lahir di Palembang, pada tanggal 13 Agustus 1972, anak pertama dari empat bersaudara dari Ibu Hj. Farida Silalahi dan Bapak H. Pardamean Pane (alm). Menikah dengan Ir. Ary Dwi Wahyudi, MT, IPU, ASEAN Eng dan dikaruniai tiga orang anak yaitu : Muhammad Aulia Rahman, SE, SKM, MKM. Alifa Anindya, S.Tr (Stat), Nr. Sarah Humaira, S.Kep.

         Berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 28/M Tahun 2024 tanggal 29 April 2024 diangkat sebagai Peneliti Ahli Utama pada Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional.

         Berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional Nomor 199/I/HK/2025 tanggal 7 Oktober 2025 tentang Majelis Pengukuhan Profesor Riset, yang bersangkutan dapat melakukan Orasi Ilmiah  Pengukuhan Profesor Riset.

         Menamatkan Pendidikan Dasar di SD Negeri 84 Palembang tahun 1984, Pendidikan Menengah di SMP Negeri 4 Palembang tahun 1987, dan di SMA Negeri 5 Palembang tahun 1990. Memperoleh gelar Sarjana Muda pada program DIII Keperawatan, Departemen Kesehatan RI tahun 1993, gelar sarjana pada Program Studi Epidemiologi dan Penyakit Tropik, Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang tahun 1998, gelar Magister Kesehatan Masyarakat Peminatan Epidemiologi, dari Universitas Indonesia tahun 2002, dan gelar Doktor bidang Epidemiologi dari Program Studi Epidemiologi, Universitas Indonesia tahun 2008. Pada tahun 2016 lulus dari Program Studi Magister Pertahanan pada Program Studi Strategi Perang Semesta, Fakultas Strategi Pertahanan, Universitas Pertahanan.

            Jabatan fungsional peneliti diawali sebagai Peneliti Ahli Muda golongan III/d tahun 2016, Peneliti Ahli Madya golongan IV/a tahun 2019, dan memperoleh jabatan Peneliti Ahli Utama bidang Epidemiologi dan Biostatistik, fokus pada Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat tahun 2024. Menjabat sebagai Epidemiolog Ahli Muda di Ditjen Pengendalian Penyakit dan Penyehatan Lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan RI tahun 2005 dan ahli Madya pada tahun 2009, saat ini memegang STR Epidemiolog Utama dengan No. STR 13 23 922 23-4774918

Menghasilkan lebih dari 57 karya tulis ilmiah (KTI), baik yang ditulis sendiri maupun bersama penulis lain dalam bentuk buku, jurnal, dan prosiding internasional, 15 pedoman baik Nasional, Regional maupun Global (Internasional), dan 7 HAKI.

Ikut serta dalam pembinaan kader ilmiah, yaitu sebagai pembimbing jabatan fungsional peneliti pada Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kementerian Kesehatan RI, Pembimbing mahasiswa S1, S2 dan S3 di Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Pertahanan, Program Pasca Sarjana Universitas Sari Mutiara Medan, Program Magister Administrasi Rumah Sakit Universitas Respati Indonesia .
