Author Guidelines
Submission Requirements
All contributions submitted to the conference must be original works written in English. By submitting a contribution, authors affirm that the work is original, has not been submitted in violation of publication ethics, and meets accepted standards of academic integrity.
Abstract Submission
Authors intending to present at CESA 2027, whether through an oral or poster presentation, are required to submit an abstract for academic review. The Program and Academic Committee will assess each submission and determine its acceptance and appropriate presentation format.
Abstracts must be submitted through the official conference submission system. Authors should register and log in to their account to submit and manage their abstracts and complete the registration process. Please carefully check all information and required fields before submitting the abstract.

Full Paper and Publication Opportunities
Submission of a full manuscript is not required for conference participation. However, authors who wish to have their work considered for publication in the conference proceedings or selected partner journals may submit a full manuscript by the designated deadline.

Detailed submission guidelines, publication options, and manuscript requirements will be announced by the organizing committee.
Abstract Review and Acceptance
All abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Program and Academic Committee. Submissions will be considered according to the following criteria:
- Academic and scientific quality
- Originality and contribution
- Clarity of presentation
- Relevance to the conference theme and scope
Authors will receive notification of the review outcome on 12 July 2027.
