Oral Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Duration

Each contributed oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, including the question-and-answer session.

Presenters are expected to manage their time carefully. The moderator or designated timekeeper will provide time signals, and presentations may be concluded when the allocated time has ended in order to maintain the overall conference schedule.

Presentation Slides

Please prepare your presentation according to the following specifications:

  • Submit your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) format.
  • Use a 16:9 widescreen layout.
  • Ensure that all text is clearly readable. A minimum font size of 24 pt is recommended for the main body text.
  • Use commonly supported system fonts to minimize compatibility problems.
  • Avoid excessive animations, complicated transitions, or other effects that may interfere with presentation playback.

Presentation Equipment

A presentation laptop will be available in each parallel session room for presenters to use.

Presenters who prefer to use their own laptop are responsible for ensuring that it is compatible with the room's display system. The LED display accepts HDMI input. Participants using USB-C, Mini DisplayPort, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, VGA, or other connection types should bring the appropriate HDMI adapter. The organizing committee cannot guarantee that adapters will be available at the venue.

Before Your Presentation

Presenters should arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the session. Please check in with the moderator and confirm your attendance before the session begins.

Presentation File Submission and Backup

To facilitate smooth session management, presenters are encouraged to submit their presentation files through the designated submission form no later than 20 November 2027.

On-site submission using a USB flash drive will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.

Presenters are also strongly advised to:

  • Keep a backup copy of the presentation on a USB flash drive.
  • Store an additional backup in a cloud service such as Google Drive or OneDrive.
  • Bring separate copies of any video, audio, or other media files included in the presentation.

Presentation File Naming

Please use a simple and identifiable filename so that the technical team can locate your presentation efficiently.

Recommended format: Abstract ID_Name of Presenter.pptx

Question and Answer Session

The moderator will coordinate the question-and-answer session and may determine the number and duration of questions according to the available time.

Presenters are expected to conclude their presentation promptly when their allocated time has ended so that subsequent presentations can proceed according to schedule.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster Preparation and Display

Poster presenters are responsible for producing and bringing their own printed posters to the conference venue. Posters should be displayed within the designated poster area according to the schedule provided by the organizing committee.

Poster Format

Posters should meet the following specifications:

  • Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm)
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Print quality: High resolution

Poster Display

Each poster panel will be assigned a unique poster code. The organizing committee will provide instructions and assistance regarding the location and installation of posters at the venue.

Author Presence

At least one author is required to remain at the assigned poster display throughout the designated poster session. Presenters should be available to explain their research, respond to questions, and engage in discussion with participants.
